New claim notification

You may prefer to let us know about your new claim by using the form below. We will then call you back to run through the details.

If you have notified us about your claim already please call us on 0845 999 8888 or email us quoting your claim reference.

Your Excess

Please note your claim settlement may be subject to an excess deduction as outlined in your policy document.

Your No Claims Discount

Any claim that involves our making a payment will be taken into account and may reduce your No Claims Discount, even if the payment is made to a third party (e.g. a loss adjustor) with no payment being made to you.
